We appreciate our patients and would like to thank you for your numerous referrals and testimonials. Call or email us to let us know the location of your online review or the name of the patient you referred to us. Every six months, one person will be selected to win a great prize!

Grand Prize Winner

Each time you refer a patient or write an online review, you get one lottery entry. At the end of the year, a grand prize winner will be picked. (Reviews limited to two per person per year.)

Reviews can be written on Google Plus, Yelp or Yellow Pages.
